She is the author of the bestselling book 'Clarity, Communication and Connection, Three Clear Steps to Future-Proof your Business' and host of the podcast The Future-Proof your Business show.
With over 25 years of experience driving business communications and marketing strategies in some of the world's largest organisations, including the global steel and mining company, ArcelorMittal where she was Head of Communications, supporting more than 300 sites around the world. During which time Lucy was influential in driving the internal change programme towards the "Journey to Zero" safety culture and has since developed a real ambition to promote the creation of more engaged, safe and productive company cultures across the industry.
